Carpet Cleaning

We apply green seal certified products to loosen up soil and dirt on the carpet. Heavily soiled areas need a rotary machine to scrub deep down the fibers of the carpets. We use a truck-mounted machine to steam clean the carpets (hot water extraction using a wand and purified water to rinse). Upholstery Cleaning

First, we thoroughly vacuum the fabric evenly and entirely inspect the fabric for loose or damaged fibers. Then, we apply the solution evenly onto the fabric to loosen up the soil and use a horsehair brush to agitate the fabric. We use a clean steam process (hot water rinse & extraction) for final cleaning. After cleaning it, we apply a fabric protector (Scotchgard) and use air movers to speed up the drying time. (We inspect & read the tag for cleaning recommendations).

Repels water-based stains such as beverages, oil, and dirt so that it stays new longer and expands the carpets' life.

Pet Stains or Odor

We carefully treat carpets to remove minor urine or odor by treating them with enzymes, deodorizers, and steam cleaners. If the odor or pet stain already in the padding, we apply a certain amount of enzyme, deodorizer, and water to rinse the padding and carpet. We use a water claw to extract everything from padding up. For severe odor and urine, we clean the sub-floor and seal it. We replace the padding and clean the carpets.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

We carefully apply tile and grout cleaner to loosen up dirt. Then, we use a rotary machine with a soft bristle brush to scrub the tile and grout. (Heavily soiled areas may need multiple scrubbing and hand scrubbing). Tight areas and edges are scrubbed by hand. We use steam wands to blast soil and dirt from tile, grout, and smooth or rough hard surfaces.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

We thoroughly inspect the dryer vent. We pull out the dryer to access the vent and disconnect the flexible or metal pipe that connects from the dryer to the vent. We insert brushes and air whips to loosen lint. We insert an airline with a reverse ball at the end to blast the lint backward, also vacuum hose to extract lint and debris. We also take off the dryer vent cover outside and repeat the process.

Carpet Repair

Carpet ripples, holes, loose fibers, and any damages can be fixed. We have training and experience to repair it.

Oriental Rug Cleaning

We thoroughly inspect and test all the rugs before we clean. Some rugs may need only dry clean.

Commercial Cleaning

Floor Stripping & Waxing (VCT)​

It is a finished flooring material used primarily in commercial and institutional applications. We can make your floors look new again. First, we remove the sealer or wax by using a rotary machine and then scrub corners and edges by hand. We rinse to remove wax and dirt completely.

Depending on the floor's age, we apply a minimum of three coats of wax. For old floors, we may need to apply a maximum of five or more coats of wax. For a high shine, a high-speed buffing machine is used.

Caulking

We can replace your old caulk around your tubs, showers, and tile floors. Overtime, caulking can wear, crack, discolor and shrink, leading to water leaks or damages. We scrape the old caulk and apply a good amount of lifetime warranty and mold-free silicone caulk.

Air Duct Cleaning

We first do a thorough inspection of your air duct system. A video camera is used to inspect inside ducts and furnaces. We connect powerful vacuum (negative air machines) onto main ducts. Rotating brushes are used to thoroughly scrub inside the ducts (nylon bristles for metal and soft bristles for flexible ducts). Also, we use air whips to agitate and blast dust and dirt into the vacuum. Dust and dirt are extracted using our Negative/vacuum machine.

Method of Cleaning Air Duct

First, we remove dry soil from the carpet by vacuuming. Then, we apply a green seal certified solution to the carpet. Soil and solution are flushed from the carpet with a hot water extraction truck-mounted machine. Heavily soiled carpet requires several flushing and several drying passes. Also, a rotary machine is used to scrub deep down the carpet. Finally, we groom the carpet to remove footprints and spread the carpet protector is applied.
